Commercial Garage Doors & Overhead Doors

When a commercial door fails, work stops. Trucks can’t unload, bays sit idle and the building is less secure. Partridge Door Company is a commercial overhead door company that sells, installs and services commercial garage doors for businesses in Jackson and across central Mississippi, in insulated and non-insulated models. That’s one of the things that sets us apart from residential-only garage door companies.

Commercial door types we install

We sell and install commercial-grade doors and operators from the manufacturers below:

  • Commercial sectional overhead doors for shops, service bays and warehouses
  • Insulated commercial doors, sectional and rolling, for climate-controlled buildings. → Insulated Doors
  • Rolling steel doors for security and space savings where headroom is limited, plus roll-up and rolling sheet doors
  • Self-storage doors for storage facilities
  • High-speed doors for busy openings that cycle all day
  • Fire-rated rolling doors and counter doors for openings in fire-rated walls
  • Follow-the-roof-pitch overhead doors. Amarr’s design runs the door along the roofline instead of hanging flat across the bay. It’s ideal where you need clearance for forklifts and vehicle lifts.
  • Commercial door operators built for repeated daily use

Manufacturers we carry

  • Clopay Commercial. An extensive range of commercial overhead and rolling steel products, plus operators and accessories.
  • Cornell. Founded in 1828. Cornell’s product line includes rolling (coiling) doors, fire-rated doors, high-performance doors, counter shutters and security grilles. Ask us which Cornell products fit your project.
  • DBCI. Commercial-grade steel curtain roll-up doors for light and heavy duty use, including self-storage.
  • ASTA Door. Affordable commercial overhead and rolling steel door systems.
  • Amarr Commercial. Including follow-the-roof-pitch doors.
  • LiftMaster and Genie commercial operators. Heavy-duty operators designed for many cycles an hour.

Commercial door repair and service

We service and repair commercial doors and operators of all makes and models, not only the ones we install. That includes damaged sections and curtains, broken springs, worn rollers and guides, operator failures, and safety device problems. A local company that understands both the door and the operator can usually find the real problem faster. → Commercial Door Repair

We also offer a commercial preventive maintenance plan, a custom plan based on your facility’s size and number of doors. → Maintenance Plans

Loading docks and specialty products

Many of our commercial customers also need dock equipment. Dock systems are customer-specific, and we source from a wide range of dock equipment on the market: dock levelers, dock seals and shelters, and bumpers and vehicle restraints. → Loading Dock Equipment

Who we work with

Our commercial customers include businesses, contractors and property owners. Builders have relied on us for years. One contractor, Gregg Guion Construction, wrote that we make him “feel like I’m your only customer,” with “timely delivery, courteous workers and great pricing.”

Commercial door FAQ

Do you install rolling steel doors?

Yes. We sell and install rolling steel doors from Cornell, Clopay, DBCI and ASTA. → Rolling Steel Doors

What is a follow-the-roof-pitch door?

It’s an overhead door whose track follows the slope of the roof rather than running flat into the building. That leaves more vertical clearance for forklifts, vehicle lifts and tall equipment. We offer Amarr’s follow-the-roof-pitch doors.

Do you install self-storage doors?

Yes. We install roll-up self-storage doors from DBCI and ASTA. → Self-Storage Doors

What is the difference between commercial and residential garage doors?

Commercial doors are built for larger openings, more daily cycles and harder use, with heavier-gauge steel, stronger springs and hardware, and operators rated for frequent use.

Who makes the best commercial garage doors?

It depends on the opening and how it’s used. We sell Clopay, Amarr, C.H.I. and Wayne Dalton commercial sectional doors, and Cornell, DBCI and ASTA rolling doors, and we’ll recommend the best fit for your building.

Do you offer insulated commercial doors?

Yes. We sell and install insulated and non-insulated sectional doors, rolling steel doors and rolling sheet doors.

Can you give a quote for a new building?

Yes. Contact us with your plans and door schedule and we’ll provide a quote. Call (601) 372-4874 or send a request.

Is your work covered by a warranty?

Yes. All of our products and services come with a 1-year warranty, followed by the manufacturers’ warranties.
