Why choose the Amarr Carriage Court

Stamped steel can only suggest depth. Carriage Court adds it. Thick composite trim boards are applied over an insulated steel section, giving real shadow lines and crisp edges that read as a custom wood door from the street. The overlay is made from reclaimed wood fiber and polymer, so it resists rot, decay and fungus, which matters in our humidity.

  • 5/8″ composite overlay trim on a 1-3/8″ insulated steel section
  • Four-layer construction, R-6.48
  • 18 carriage designs, from simple to ornate
  • 24″ top sections with square or arched windows and 5/8″ grilles

Design options: designs, colors and glass

Choose from 18 designs, including Laurel Bay, Bradberry, Seabrook, Pinetop, Kensington and Magnolia, in five factory colors. Top sections can be solid or glazed with square or arched windows in 3-, 4-, 6- or 8-lite patterns. Glass is clear or obscure.

  • ClearFull view and the most daylight.
  • ObscureTextured glass that blurs shapes; light in, details hidden.

Amarr Carriage Court FAQ

Is the overlay trim wood?

It’s a composite of reclaimed wood fiber and thermoplastic polymer. It looks like painted wood trim but resists rot, decay and fungal growth.

How is Carriage Court different from stamped carriage doors?

The trim is a separate 5/8″ layer applied on top, so it casts real shadows, where stamped doors press the pattern into the steel.

What windows can I get?

Top sections can be solid or glazed with square or arched windows, in 3-, 4-, 6- or 8-lite grille patterns with clear or obscure glass.

Is Carriage Court insulated?

Yes. Every door has a 1-3/8″ polystyrene-insulated steel section, for a published R-value of 6.48.
